It is a fast yet extreme deep and effective approach , typically focusing on a single, long session rather than months or years of traditional therapy. UT operates by quickly bypassing conscious defences to reach the root cause of issues, allowing for rapid processing and resolution of emotional or psychological blocks. Sessions can be conducted in person or online. Each sessions provides a safe, supportive space where mindfulness, guided reflection and gentle techniques help you reconnect with yourself, reduce stress and nurture overall wellbeing.
