- V-twist – a dynamic class designed to stimulate and support the body’s natural detoxification processes through twisting movements, conscious breathing and mindful flow.
- V-relax – a gentle and nurturing yoga practice designed to help you unwind from everyday stress and release what no longer serves you. This class concludes with an extended meditation to deepen relaxation and restore inner calm.
All yoga classes are 60 minutes long.
